If you find you need to cancel your scheduled class, we will refund your tuition minus a cancellation processing fee, if you notify us in writing 14 days before the first day of your original scheduled class no later than the close of business at 4:00 P.M. EDT (15 days total)
$35 Registration fees are included in every BRC at the time of purchase and are not refundable.
Tuition fees will be refunded by check from MSCV, Inc. minus a $25 cancellation processing fee.
Example; If your original class was on a Friday evening , we must be notified no later than 4:00 P.M. Thursday, 14 days before your Friday class start date.
Refund Example; If your BRC Total Payment was $150. (Registration $35 + Tuition $115). To process your cancellation we subtract the $35 registration, minus a $25 cancellation processing fee, your refund would be $90.
We will mail a check within five business days from notification if qualified for a refund.
Refund Example; Your Jump Start, IRC or ERC was $90, $85 or $80. A $25 cancellation processing fee will be deducted and your refund will be $65, $60 or $55 accordingly.
